Lauri Kraft's Dragon Pictures

Lauri's Dragon Pictures

Lauri's dragons are done in Prisma Color oils on cotton rag and then sealed.
I framed the dragons for her and embellished the frames with vintage glass jewels and some medieval hatchets.

Lauri's pictures will be listed in my Etsy shop tomorrow, they will be priced at 25.00 each.

Werewolves Oh My

As promised here is a  picture of the werewolf pair Lord & Lady Wolfshire my friend Lauri Kraft painted for me. Lauri is a wildlife artist and does amazing dog portraits on commission. Lauri is working on some miniature dragon portraits this week. Lauri is going to partner with me in my Etsy shop with her miniature paintings. I will be framing the paintings for her. I made frames with vintage glass jewels for my werewolves.

I have finally started working on Underworld, Thank you Glenda for the name. Here are a few pictures of the almost bare cupboard, I have made most of the accouterments for the top already. I am having trouble deciding what to do with the drawers, I have only done 1 other cupboard with drawers. Suggestions are welcome as always. I will post more pictures tomorrow when I have light, these pictures were taken with my daylight bulb that I work under at night here in the underworld.

I have a surprise post coming up about one of my best friends Lauri Kraft who has painted me 2 werewolf pictures for the Halloween Party Room. Stay tuned on that.

New Potion Bottles / Welcomes / New Cupboard

First I would like to Welcome New Followers. Thank you for following my blog and all the great comments.

I sold quite a few potion bottles the last week so I created some new styles that will be listed in my Etsy shop later today or tonight. Here are some pictures of the new bottles.

And next here is a picture of the new cupboard I have started on. This will be a Halloween themed cupboard containing some of the wonderful items I purchased from Lorraine at Dfly Creations. Poison Bottles and Applesauce

I thought I would share the potion bottles I finished last night. They all have a poison theme. I am pleased with how they turned out and will make some more sets of smaller potion bottles this week. This is a busy time of year at our place. We have many varieties of apple trees, the apples ripen at different times. Some are just for cooking and some need a hard frost to sweeten them up. First a Big Welcome to new followers Annie at Obsidian Hall, Rosella, Pan and Peggy, what an honor to have such wonderful followers ~

I have been doing a few custom orders and making these potion bottles. I have wanted to do potion bottles but wanted mine different like everything else I create. So here is my take on potion bottles ala Dark Squirrel.

Hubby is cooking down apples for applesauce, this year we have a bumper crop of apples, Annie is taking a nap in the garage waiting for me to throw her Jolly Balls before I head over to Secret Squirrel.

All Hallow's Eve

She is finished...Thank you Wendy for naming her. I do like how this cupboard turned out. Autumn is my favorite season and besides black these are my favorite colors. I will do one more Halloween cupboard after I receive my order from Lorraine at DFLY who is making me some wonderful bits to use in my pieces.
