Poison Bottles and Applesauce

I thought I would share the potion bottles I finished last night. They all have a poison theme. I am pleased with how they turned out and will make some more sets of smaller potion bottles this week. This is a busy time of year at our place. We have many varieties of apple trees, the apples ripen at different times. Some are just for cooking and some need a hard frost to sweeten them up. Here are some pictures of the new bottles, Enjoy.

  11. Hi Victoria thanks foryour kind comments re Holly. Is she a shepherd? a question often asked, we dont know definatly collie even in her behaviour and she likes to herd, especially our 3 cats and the kids sometimes but there are times we have thought the same re shepherd but she is only small, so who knows. Shes a mystery

  12. Oh good, you've discovered the joys of doing miniature glass bottles :) I quite prefer them myself. So much more you can do with them!

  13. I just made a really fun set of potion bottles for my 'apothecary' too. I intend to take a photo of them soon to share. But mine are regular sized, not sure if yours are minis or regular. My daughter still cannot grasp the size of the scale you work in. She thinks my potion bottles are small. It's funny how photos can take really small objects and make them appear life sized. I've always loved macro photography for just that reason. Hope you had a lovely Autumn Equinox! :o)
